24february2009 altimet & ning's "mimpi" single (produced by altimet & avex for Boxavex Entertainment is released in malaysia. music recorded and arranged by avex, the song interpolates eurythmics' 1983 "sweet dreams".

10january2009 bukkcity's Same Place EP (5 tracks composed and co-produced by avex for Boxavex Entertainment is released through Unda-K9 / MGM. the cd is now available at all good australian music stores and online through sanity. the songs composed and co-produced by avex are Same Place, Nobody Wanted This, Can't Blame Me, Who Knows (Who Cares) and Quiet. liner notes from the cd is available in discography.

11december2008 bukkcity has again won Best Urban at the 2008 MusicOz Awards in sydney with the song "Nobody Wanted This (featuring Sarah Blasko)" produced by avex. last year Bukkcity won the same category with another avex-produced song. congratulations to all involved. the awards show is now airing on mtv australia. catch the acceptance speech!
